במהלך הסדנא או עבודה בקבוצה הגדולה (המופע) נאסוף קולות וסיפורים שונים של המשתתפים וניצור מרחב פוטנציאלי משחקי – דבר המאפשר להתבונן על הסיפור מנקודות מבט רבות. העבודה הקבוצתית מגבירה תהליכים של גיבוש ולכידות קבוצתית ומאפשרת גילוי ועיבוד של מערכת המיתוסים הקהילתית והארגונית והאצת תהליכי פתרון קונפליקטים.
Our goal during each workshop or performance is to gather varios stories from the participants and offer many different perspectives to the story. The group work increases the process of intimacy within the group and allows the uncovering and processing of community's myths, while fascilitating the process of conflict resolution
